Can Do U "Dress Like a CEO for a Week, Win Your Dream Internship!" Contest Rules

1. Introduction Welcome to the Can Do U Dress like a CEO Contest, organized by Can Do U. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.

2. Eligibility This Contest is open to legal residents of The United States and Abroad who are at least 14 years of age but no more than 19 years of ago at the time of entry. Employees of Can Do U, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate family and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period The Contest begins on February 22, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends on March 31st, 2024 at 11:59pm.

4. How to Enter Participants can enter the Contest by following the instructions at www.CanDou.us/professional. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Judging Criteria Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Organizer based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme of professionalism. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

6. Prizes Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

7. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected after the Contest Period ends and will be notified by email within 10 days following selection. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer and its agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Contest or acceptance and use of any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions of any kind. 

9. Governing Law This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the law.

10. Privacy Information collected from participants is subject to the Organizer's Privacy Policy. No information that we collect with be disseminated, sold, or used for any marketing initiatives.

11. Social Media Disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms on which the Contest may be promoted (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

12. Agreement to Rules By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of [Your Company Name] as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

13. Fair and Equal Treatment Can Do U is committed to a policy of fair and equal treatment for all participants. Entries will be judged based on the criteria set forth in these Official Rules and without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, or disability. In addition, Can Do U will not discriminate against any contestant based on the amount of money spent on their attire or entry. We seek to recognize creativity, effort, and adherence to the contest theme rather than financial investment. All participants are encouraged to use their imagination and resources wisely and within their means.

14. Awarding Prizes to Minors In the event that the winner of the contest is under the age of 18, [Your Company Name] will require consent from the winner's parent or legal guardian to award the prize. The parent or legal guardian may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form on behalf of the minor, acknowledging acceptance of the contest prize and agreeing to the contest rules. No prize will be awarded directly to individuals under the age of 18 without the appropriate parental or guardian consent. This process ensures compliance with state and federal laws regarding prizes awarded to minors and safeguards the interests of all parties involved.
